Ethics, Integrity and Human Rights
Talgo establishes as the basis of its management the assurance of ethical and upright behavior in its operations and processes, as well as the defense of human rights, its employees and its value chain.
Ethics
Responsibility for managing Ethics lies with the Board of Directors, acting through the Audit Committee and the Compliance Unit.
These are key elements of this management:
- the ethics management system with all its elements,
- building an ethical management culture and compliance program.
Talgo’s strong and growing global presence has led to the transformation of its Compliance Program in line with international best practices, establishing a common process for the assessment, monitoring and control of compliance risks under the principle of “zero tolerance towards the commission of criminal acts” and in particular towards any form of corruption or criminal offense.
All of this is embodied in the Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Policy.
A new Ethics and Integrity Policy was approved in 2024, which defines management principles and compliance commitments.

Human Rights
Both internally and in its value chain, Talgo recognizes the importance and priority of ensuring respect for and compliance with human rights.
To this end, the company designs a management system based on the guidelines and models proposed by the most representative and influential international organizations (United Nations, European Union, International Labor Organization, etc.).
Through in-depth analysis and benchmarking with leading companies in the field, Talgo has identified 14 priority human rights, grouped into two categories according to where they occur.
