TIMMS© – ASSET MANAGEMENT FOR PREVENTIVE-CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
TiMMS© (Talgo Intelligent Maintenance Management System) is a comprehensive maintenance management system developed by Talgo. It covers the main functions required to manage maintenance activities, such as:

TSMART© (Talgo SMART Maintenance) provides real-time monitoring of train assets and the implementation of condition-based predictive maintenance using artificial intelligence.
TSMART© is an “As a service” platform with several modules, that can be provided independently under the contract:
- Geolocation and real-time monitoring
- Real-time railway fleet management
- Predictive maintenance with artificial intelligence (AI)

TALVI© – AUTOMATIC TRAIN INSPECTION
TALVI© (Talgo Visual Inspection) is an automatic train inspection device mounted on track comprising different measurement and monitoring systems:
- Line scan
- Laser triangulation
- Image, acoustic or vibration modules
The intelligent system of TALVI© automatically checks the integrity of the components in the following equipment:
- General control (pantograph inspection; parameter checks and wheel defects detection; inspection of bearings)
- Specific control (inspection of surface elements like underframe, sidewalls and roofs; inspection of the brake system; inspection of the gauge-changing mechanism of the wheelset)
