Talgo carries out spare parts inventory management and optimization, demand planning and supplier management. Fully digitalized vehicle documentation allows for an easy identification of the necessary spare parts. Talgo can also arrange for direct purchasing of the original spare parts from the manufacturer.
Alternative parts management
Talgo has its own warehouses and also a network of collection centers for sending the spare parts to the customer when required.
Special tools
Talgo delivers special tooling for the replacement, maintenance or repair of the spares at customer request.
